Finding the right care home for your loved ones is a intimidating prospect, but seeking advice can make the whole process that bit smoother and relieve some of the stress. With over 30 years industry experience we can provide some helpful advice and answer frequently asked questions.

Our home manager has enquires daily from people and families looking for care and understands that it can be difficult time for all members of the family. Our management team is always happy to talk to anyone considering placing a loved on into care and is happy to answer any question you may have about any part of the process.
FAQ's
Q: D you have a visiting policy?
A: We have an open-house visiting policy her at Crossways, we ask all visitors to sign in on arriving and when leaving and to avoid meal times.
Q: I enjoy my freedom and I am worried about losing my independence…
A: Here at Crossways we promote independence and encourage all resident to be a independent as possible and provide assistance when asked for or the resident is unable to manage them selves.
Q: My loved one is very sociable. What activities do you offer?
A: We offer many activities as Crossways these include bowls, bible club and book readings and are willing to listen to ideas about other activities that would be of interest to are residents.
Q: Can you care for people living with dementia?
A: We do not care for people with dementia as we are not full equipped to to deal with these are needs. There maybe exception to this but this is unlikely and would have to be care needs discussed prior to see if their needs could be met.
