Crossways strives to protect there residents and staff to be a coronavirus free home.

Follow the national guidelines, to introduce further measures to ensure the safety of all.

All New admissions will be tested prior to entry and will isolate in their room for up to 14 days.

Crossways will uphold their infection prevention control standards within the home. The staff to follow procedures put in place and wear PPE.

Crossways has a regular testing routine for staff and residents.

We encourage social distancing and hand hygiene from all at Crossways.

We have technologies available to use and have used for virtual visiting.
​
We are able to have controlled and safe visits from named visitors, with prior arranged appointments, face masks must be worn, temperature checks, hand hygiene, socially distanced and a questionnaire on entry, time-limited.

Enhanced team of nurses visit the home for essential treatment.
​
GP phones weekly with the backup of a virtual visit.
​
Crossways may need to lockdown if the home feels it is no longer safe to receive visitors.
